Ángela Quintas has a degree in Chemistry and a master's degree in Dietetics and Human Nutrition. For twenty years she has been working and running her own nutrition practice, which has become one of the most successful in Spain. She is a member of IEDM (Institut Européen de Diététique et Micronutrition) and currently combines her nutrition practice with teaching in postgraduate studies at the UNED. She also works as a nutritional advisor for successful films directed by Daniel Sánchez Arévalo, Pedro Almodóvar, Alejandro Amenábar and Alberto Rodríguez, among others.
